Nate Geraci believes that by July 8, the issuing companies will make all remaining edits to the S-1 forms required for product approval. After the SEC reviews these edits, which will take several days, the regulatory agency will issue a verdict:
"Final applications on the S-1 form can be approved by July 12. This means that ETH-ETFs will be launched on July 15th."
In June, the regulator returned their applications to future ETH-ETF issuers with a request to make edits. Submitting S-1 forms is part of the process of launching exchange-traded products on American stock exchanges.
Earlier, a report by the research company Stento Research indicated that the ether exchange rate will reach $6,500 after the approval of the ether ETF by the US authorities. The inflow of funds into ETH-ETFs may amount to $ 15-20 billion per year, experts suggest.
