The "sleepers" have been in motion for more than 12 years 119 BTC

The bitcoin wallet, which has been inactive since February 2012, transferred 119 BTC ($6.8 million) in two transactions to a new address. Whale Alert drew attention to this.

Initially, the wallet transferred 76 BTC ($4.4 million). The transaction related to the sending of 43 BTC ($2.5 million) remained unconfirmed at the time of writing.

The last time the owner sent 2.98 BTC ($15 at that time) was on February 28, 2012, when 199 BTC on the balance sheet was estimated at $600. 

At the current bitcoin price of $57,900, the coins have managed to rise in price 11,487 times during this time.

Recall that on July 2, 33.99 BTC, inactive since June 2011, began to move. The unknown owner distributed assets worth more than $2.1 million between two addresses.

Earlier, the miner transferred 50 BTC received for the mined block to Binance on July 14, 2010.
