The coin stamp will open on June 20.

Brian Pellegrino, co-founder and CEO of LayerZero Labs, announced that 1.28 million wallets are qualified for airdrop.

According to the final model, three times as many tokens are required for early transactions. Those who interacted with LayerZero after the snapshot will receive an additional 10 ZRO per operation. For transfers without cost, the distribution volume has been reduced by 80%.

Pellegrino noted that the initiative launched in early May to combat airdrop hunters managed to return almost 10 million tokens to the community.

Some verified users shared their results with the head of LayerZero Labs.

According to Pellegrino, the team failed to cut off all the sybils from the distribution. The developers plan to publish their final list on the eve of the token branding.

Recall that in April 2023, LayerZero Labs raised $120 million following the results of a Series B financing round with an estimated $3 billion.

In December, the project team announced airdrop without revealing any details. CoinGecko experts have included the distribution of LayerZero tokens among the most anticipated in 2024.
