Bitcoin price has recovered above $56,000

On the evening of Friday, July 5, the quotes of the first cryptocurrency returned to the level of $ 56,000. Over the past day, the asset has gained 4%.

At the time of writing, bitcoin is trading at $56,600.

All digital assets from the top 10 by capitalization have moved to the "green zone". Toncoin (+14.5%), Dogecoin (+12.4%) and Solana (+8.2%) added more than others in 24 hours.

The total capitalization of the digital asset market is $2.18 trillion.

According to Coinglass, the total volume of liquidated positions per day amounted to $191 million. Of these, $140 million was spent on shorts.

On Wednesday, July 3, digital gold broke the $61,000 level. The next day, bitcoin fell below $57,000. On the morning of July 5, the first cryptocurrency collapsed to $54,000.

Recall that some experts have allowed bitcoin to collapse to $50,000. In their opinion, the sharp drop in the asset will not be limited to the current level due to the change in sentiment.

At the same time, Standard Chartered analysts predicted a new historical maximum for the price of the first cryptocurrency in August and a subsequent increase to $ 100,000 by the US presidential election in November.
