About Bounce

Bounce functions as a Web3 Marketplace Protocol and auction platform. It enables users to set up different marketplace styles-such as direct buying and selling-manage contracts for custom work, and run multiple categories of token auctions.

The Bounce protocol is multi-chain, letting participants create and host their token auctions across a range of blockchains.

AUCTION is the ecosystem’s native cryptocurrency, with a total supply of 10,000,000. The original native token was BOT, but a token migration has been completed. Users can swap BOT for AUCTION at a 1:100 ratio.

What are Bounce’s key features and how does it work?

The Bounce ecosystem includes a suite of tools and products that developers and teams can use to build their own marketplace and auction platforms:

Bounce V2 introduced platform upgrades and enhanced capabilities. This features the Bounce Auctions Search Engine, which lets users look up auctions based on token name, auction type, and pool details. It also includes Bounce OTC, enabling users to buy any ERC20 token over-the-counter at a preset price to help reduce the risk of losses.Bounce supports fixed swap auctions, sealed-bid auctions, and Dutch auctions. In fixed-price auctions, participants and the auctioneer agree on a set price, and tokens are sold with that fixed raise in mind. Sealed-bid auctions work by submitting bids that smart contracts automatically process to satisfy bid orders, moving from the highest bid to the lowest until all tokens are allocated. In Dutch auctions, the token price starts high and steps down at regular intervals by a predetermined fixed amount.Bounce also supports lotteries. Users can buy lottery tickets for a fixed fee, and a smart contract randomly draws tickets; winners can then claim their tokens.

The Bounce platform can also apply these auction formats to NFTs.
