DOMANI is an asset management protocol for DeFi that provides minting, trading, redeeming, and liquidity for non-custodial oracle-less tokenized portfolios (XTFs). These XTF tokens are unique for each fund created, and users can earn rewards and fees by providing liquidity.
DOMANI addresses common problems in traditional finance (TradFi) and DeFi. In TradFi, investors relinquish ownership to financial institutions that custodize their holdings. In DeFi, yield farming involves staking assets in risky contracts. DOMANI allows for permission-less redemption from XTF fund tokens without lock-ups, and asset diversification is available without third-party authority.
DOMANI also addresses issues with price feeds, which are typically supplied by decentralized oracles that are susceptible to manipulation and increase the attack vectors against protocols and funds. DOMANI avoids this by relying on arbitrageurs rather than oracles. Platform fees, performance fees, and management fees will accrue to $DEXTF token holders and portfolio managers.
Finally, DOMANI aims to bridge the gap between users who lack the time and expertise to research investments and those who have the expertise. But also to bridge the value between TradFi and DeFi.
