DOMANI is a DeFi asset management protocol that supports minting, trading, redeeming, and liquidity for non-custodial oracle-less tokenized portfolios (XTFs). Each created fund issues its own distinct XTF tokens, and participants can receive rewards and fees by supplying liquidity.

DOMANI tackles recurring challenges found in both traditional finance (TradFi) and DeFi. In TradFi, investors give up control, with financial institutions holding custody of their assets. In DeFi, yield strategies often depend on staking into contracts that carry risk. DOMANI enables permission-less redemption of XTF fund tokens without lock-ups, and it supports diversification without requiring a third-party authority.

DOMANI also focuses on limitations of common price feeds, which are often provided by decentralized oracles that can be manipulated-expanding the attack surface for protocols and funds. DOMANI mitigates this by using arbitrageurs instead of oracles. Platform fees, performance fees, and management fees are set to build up for $DEXTF token holders and portfolio managers. 

Lastly, DOMANI is designed to connect users who don’t have the time or knowledge to evaluate investments with those who do. It also seeks to bring value together from both TradFi and DeFi.
