About Hydro Protocol
Hydro (HOT) is a next-generation hybrid decentralized exchange network and sharing protocol. It updates the rules for how decentralized exchange orders are executed, and adds a matching method that enables shared order handling.
Hydro introduced the ‘Federated Liquidity Pools’ (FLP) mechanism to motivate decentralized exchanges to participate. Using Proof of Stake, it can join a shared flow pool.
Alternatively, when users provide liquidity, the system rewards them with HOT as an incentive.
