Magic Square is a single, connected, interoperable environment where users can find and try crypto apps that the community has vetted, while app developers can promote and earn from their best products.
Magic Square is built to cover the full UX picture: The Magic Store helps people locate top-tier crypto apps with built-in, integrated DeFi. With one SSI-secured Magic Connect, users log in to all of their apps and move into their tailored Magic Spaces-starting and ending the app experience there. In a dedicated Magic Community area, users and developers can communicate and work together. The document in front of you is a technical description of the product. Interface
The Magic Square interface is made up of three core elements: The Magic Store, Magic Spaces, and Magic Connect. Together, they fulfill different roles depending on who is using the platform: crypto application users (Users), crypto application developers (developers), and new community validators (Validators). Within the Magic Store experience, each group has distinct responsibilities and available actions. Users need to access the system and set up a secure persona using their secure Magic Connect credentials. Developers, in turn, must successfully deploy apps for the Validators to review-while Validators cast votes on new apps being added to the ecosystem.
Token Utility
Governance - To manage the Magic Store in the spirit of Web3.0, with no involvement from the Magic Square team, an on-chain voting setup is used with Community Validators to take the place of Apple/Google engineers and decide which apps appear:Creators pay SQR tokens to Validators who assess their dApp The Community.Validators jointly determine which dApps get featured on the Store.Ad Space - Creators and service providers with at least one listed dApp or approved service can advertise through Ad Space.
