Netswap is a decentralized exchange operating on Metis Andromeda (Layer-2). Serving as the main trading venue, Netswap follows the same automated market-making (AMM) approach used by Uniswap. At the same time, it differs by being a native Layer2 DEX, designed to take advantage of Metis Layer2 capabilities such as lower transaction costs, faster processing, and strong scalability-helping accommodate both bridged assets and Layer2-native tokens, along with additional innovations. Each Netswap trade includes a 0.3% transaction fee: 0.25% is allocated to LPs, while 0.05% is kept by the platform.

Netswap also features a native governance token, NETT, which is distributed entirely through the community and can be used to trade all tokens created on Ethereum and Metis Andromeda.
