WeFi provides an onchain “Composable leverage vault” protocol that operates in a permissionless and trustless way. Its composable leverage investment vault enables a range of onchain use cases, including leveraged trading, leveraged farming, and leveraged staking. With WeFi, participants may borrow funds to invest in fungible tokens, non-fungible tokens, or real-world tokenized assets, or they may borrow to participate in leveraged yield farming and staking pools. Lender risk is reduced through a walled and guarded setup via the Vault.

For staking loans, users can take out loans and purchase crypto to try to earn staking APY. For yield farming loans, users can apply up to 3x leverage to place capital into lower-risk farms designed to produce steady returns. Strategies may include supplying liquidity to DEXes and setting up a delta neutral approach while earning mining rewards from select protocols.
