SIX governance plays a distinctive and central role in how the platform operates. Network proposals can be submitted in four different ways:

Text Proposal Not automatically applied, and in some cases a third party is required to deploy these proposals.Community Spends Proposals that move funds from the community pool to the SIX address.Parameter Change Blockchain parameter changes Software Upgrades Proposals that define upgrades to be carried out by validators and nodes.
