The higher the parent Axies’ breed count, the more SLP is required. Once an Axie is bred, the SLP tokens used are burnt. Since all Axies are designed as NFTs, each one is a distinct digital item. After breeding, pets (Axies) can be sold on the Axie Infinity marketplace as NFTs to other players.
