About Viction

TomoChain is a blockchain network that lets developers create and deploy decentralized applications. Its Mainnet went live in 2018, running on a distinctive Proof-of-Stake Voting (PoSV) consensus approach to support the network’s operation. Users also benefit from fast performance, security, and strong liquidity. TomoChain’s goal is to make blockchain technology easier to build with, helping accelerate mainstream adoption. Its ecosystem includes tools and products such as a DEX maker utility, a wallet, and more that are designed to support that direction.

TOMO is the platform’s native cryptocurrency and is used to cover all transaction fees on the network.

What are TomoChain’s key features and how does it work?

To achieve scalability while maintaining decentralization, TomoChain relies on 150 Masternodes to run its PoSV consensus mechanism. Double Validation is also used to strengthen security. In practice, it introduces an extra verification step within the blockchain: whenever a Masternode produces a block, another Masternode-chosen randomly-checks it. Together, PoSV, Double Validation, and true randomization help keep fees low and transactions moving quickly.

TomoChain is built around three core layers: the core blockchain, protocols, and products.

The core blockchain is where consensus is executed and managed by a Masternode network. Developers can launch decentralized applications on this layer while leveraging TomoChain’s speed, low operating costs, and security. The protocols layer provides a range of services that run on the core blockchain: TomoX, TomoZ, and TomoP. These protocols are designed for developers who want the tools to build dApps for broader users. With TomoX, developers can create their own DEX with efficiency. TomoZ supports issuing tokens using the TRC21 standard. TomoP provides protection, and transactions conducted through TomoP are both safe and untraceable.

As the name indicates, the Product Layer includes multiple products for interacting with TomoChain. The available services include:

TomoWallet - TOMO-compatible wallet.TomoMaster - TOMO staking platform.TomoScan - TomoChain Blockchain explorer.TomoBridge - enables cross-chain swaps.TomoIssuer - a protocol for issuing TRC20 and TRC21 tokens.

What can TomoChain be used for?

TomoChain’s underlying technology may be used across many industries, such as gaming, open finance, cross-border payment solutions, and supply chain applications, among others.

Where can you buy TOMO?

TOMO can be traded on the following CEXs and DEXs listed here. The most popular venues with the highest liquidity are Binance, MEXC Global, and Gate.io. TOMO’s price will change depending on the exchange selected and broader market conditions. For the latest and historical TOMO market pricing, check the price charts on this page.
