Bot structure

In general, our automated trading system consists of three key components:

1. Signal generator. 

This component handles price monitoring, processes data according to a predefined method to produce trading signals, and sends those signals onward. There are many possible approaches, from straightforward Python scripts to sophisticated ML+TA analysis platforms. True PNL uses a market-tested and dependable signal generation solution from TradingView.

2. Risk management. 

This part is designed to take positions that won’t wipe you out and allow you to continue trading. It uses a straightforward but strict framework, enabling users to set the size of each trade so overall risk remains controlled. Stop-loss and take-profit levels are managed by the signal generator.

3. Execution. 

Execution is a second essential element of our trading system. Its goal is to keep strategy performance as close as possible to backtest results. This includes factors like commissions, slippage, limit/market orders, and other small details that still matter greatly.
