Vesper is a blockchain-powered platform that offers DeFi (decentralized finance) products designed for ease of use, durability, and scale. It is a comprehensive DeFi network governed by the VSP token.
Vesper presents a decentralized network that delivers easily accessible DeFi services and products. The project is on a mission to provide DeFi products in such a way that it will be very easy for ordinary users to achieve their crypto-finance objectives.
The Vesper Token (VSP) is the main economic engine that drives the creation and expansion of Vesper and its community. The market price of Vesper [VSP] is subject to volatility (extreme value changes), be aware of that when you decide to invest in VSP or any other crypto asset.
The Vesper project consists of three core elements:
Vesper ProductsVesper offers several profitable “Grow pools” that allow users to earn a passive income on their crypto possessions simply by choosing the aggressiveness of their strategy and the digital asset they hold. The Grow pools are the first product on the Vesper platform.
Vesper Grow Pools presents algorithmic DeFi lending protocols. They accumulate the capital from a group of participants and use it to generate interest across various DeFi services. The accumulated interest is used to redeem the pool's deposit asset (it could be ETH, BTC, USDC, or something else) and award it to members as interest.
To interact with the Vesper pool, you need to select the pool of your choice and make a deposit to it. The rest will be done by the platform. To withdraw funds, you only need to submit a claim of your interest, and the withdrawal will be done with a single transaction.
Vesper TokenVSP encourages participation, facilitates management, and stimulates user contribution. Users earn VSP tokens by providing their assets to the pool and participating in the continuous upgrades of Vesper.
Vesper CommunityVesper creates a user community that maintains and expands the product portfolio, promotes progressive decentralization, and allows users to create new products while earning a share of the commissions for that product.
VSP is a governance token that serves as the foundation for the Vesper ecosystem. VSP holders have a voting right on the proposed platform’s improvements. VSP owners also input their tokens to Grow pools to passively earn more VSP tokens.
You can earn VSP tokens in the following ways:
Participation in Grow pools. Each pool is assigned a certain quantity of VSP tokens, which are distributed among the participants in proportion to the size of their stake. Grow pools will be incentivized only for twelve months after launch.Liquidity provision. Liquidity providers for the VSP-ETH trading pair are rewarded with VSP tokens, just like participants in the Grow pools. The token pair will be incentivized for the first twelve months. A decision on any extensions beyond the first twelve months will be done by the VSP holders.Staking VSP in the vVSP Pool. Participants can provide their tokens to the VSP treasury pool. In the same way that staking your ETH in an ETH pool issues vETH, staking VSP tokens in VSP treasury issues vVSP. After withdrawal and yield fees get into the specific pool (ETH, BTC, USDC, etc.), they go to the Treasury Box and are used to buy back VSP on Uniswap. This VSP is delivered to vVSP pool depositors as passive interest on their deposit. Vesper was launched on February 2, 2021. Several crypto exchanges offer crypto trading pairs for VSP Cryptocurrency including Uniswap, Gate.io, Poloniex, SushiSwap, Bittrex, and Hotbit. These platforms will also display the current market price of VSP as well as its previous performance to empower your buying decision.
Vesper (VSP) resides on the Ethereum Blockchain following ERC-20 token standard. This means that VSP can be stored within any ETH-friendly wallet, such as Exodus, Metamask, Trust Wallet.
It is also possible to store VSP assets on exchanges after purchase, it is recommended to use a separate wallet for security and long-term storage. Hardware wallets – like Ledger or Trezor – are considered to be the most secure solutions, but they are quite expensive. They are more suitable for those storing a lot of value or intending to hold for a long haul.
