SUKU is a blockchain initiative designed to deliver a global solution for supply chain management. While the project began with the goal of improving efficiency and transparency in the B2B environment, the team recognized that end consumers can also benefit from the same information. The SUKU ecosystem acts as a verification layer, linking aware consumers with brands that want to be transparent about what they offer.
SUKU is also the name of the platform’s token. Its main job is to support and power the ecosystem. The token can be used to reward participants who keep the network running by operating software that maintains a copy of the blockchain and confirms network transactions. The token is built on the Ethereum system.
The SUKU ecosystem is made up of three core solutions:
SUKU Omni. Designed for business owners and other organizations to build supply chains that customers can easily follow, with visibility into every step along the way; SUKU DeFi. Microlending and collateralization may encourage new users-particularly local small suppliers outside the US-to join the ecosystem and contribute information about product origins through decentralized finance; Infinite World. Provides the infrastructure to launch products and services into the Metaverse quickly. In turn, physical items can be represented as digital assets to support promotion and create an additional income stream.SUKU places a strong focus on transparency. By improving transparency and traceability, companies and other entities can offer end-users access to the full production journey of a product or service. This matters even more now as consumers increasingly want to know where items are sourced and what happens during production. The Infinite World and DeFi components further strengthen and highlight this traceability.
SUKU helps brands and creators market themselves in both the Metaverse and the physical world. For example, creators can reach out to Infinite Worlds to bring their brand into the Metaverse. SUKU’s Web3 tooling lets creators display their products and services on their own platform and monetize content in a new way.
SUKU Omni also supports additional ways to promote a brand. It demonstrates trust and reliability-important attributes for today’s consumers who prefer to purchase from sustainable sellers. For instance, a business can use SUKU technology to develop an app where consumers scan a product and view all verification checkpoints. Alternatively, an existing supply chain system can be decentralized, allowing consumers to be confident that a supplier hasn’t altered data for its own advantage.
